Welcome to Boxing AI Coach. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services. By downloading, accessing, or using Boxing AI Coach, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Boxing AI Coach, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

Boxing AI Coach is a mobile application that provides:

• Nutrition tracking and meal analysis
• Training challenges and achievements

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account using:

• Email and password
• Sign in with Apple
• Sign in with Google

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

4.2 Subscription Plans

• Monthly Premium: $9.99 per month
• Yearly Premium: $59.99 per year

4.3 Billing

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create, including:

• Training videos you record
• Meal photos and entries
• Profile information

5.2 License to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for providing and improving our services.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is offensive, abusive, or inappropriate

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Share your account with others
• Use the app to harm or harass others
• Circumvent any security features

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

7.1 Consult Your Doctor

Before beginning any exercise program, you should:

• Consult with a qualified healthcare provider
• Get a physical examination if you have any health concerns
• Inform your doctor about your fitness plans

7.2 Exercise at Your Own Risk

• You are solely responsible for your physical condition and safety

• The AI analysis is for guidance only and may not detect all technique issues
• We are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the app

7.3 Nutrition Disclaimer

The nutrition tracking and AI meal analysis features:

• Provide estimates only and may not be 100% accurate
• Are not a substitute for professional nutritional advice
• Should not be used for medical dietary requirements

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

All rights, title, and interest in Boxing AI Coach, including but not limited to:

• Software code and architecture
• User interface design
• Training content and methodologies
• Trademarks and logos
• AI models and algorithms

are owned by us or our licensors.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Cancelling your subscription through Apple
• Deleting your account in app settings
• Contacting our support team

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the service or other users

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to premium features will end
• Your data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination
